Buyers – If you purchase a property using a broker in our firm as your buyer's agent, the agent CAN compensate you in one of several ways: • Up to 1% of the gross sales price of the property purchased • Payment by the Buyer's Agent for the services conducted in conjunction with the closing of the transaction, for example, inspections, home warranties, etc equalling up to 1% of the sales price of the house You will be compensated at closing through the HUD statement, unless the services option is chosen. If services option is chosen, the agent will pay for services as required by the above-mentioned vendors. Exceptions to the rebate offer: • The Buyer's Agent Rebate must be approved by the buyer's lender before it can paid. This rebate can not be used as a qualification for the loan. • If you buy a property that is a For-Sale-Owner or any other property in which the Buyer's Agent does not receive compensation from the seller in any form totalling at least 2.4%, the rebate listed above will not be valid. • If we, as the Buyer's Agent , we are required to pay a referral fee to another broker for your business, the rebate is not valid. Seller's – it costs money to prepare and present your house for sale. We want to help you keep more of that money in your pocket. Every sales commission is negotiable, so talk to our agents about our services and the commission we will charge. We are a full-service brokerage; we will come to your house, photograph your home to post on the MLS, hold open houses as needed and answer all questions from buyers and their agents.
